The purpose of the research is to study influence various technological factors on obtaining complex solid dispersions anthelmintics with polyvinylpyrrolidone and licorice extract anthelmintic efficacy in experimental trichinellosis white mice. Materials methods . nematodocidal activity samples based fenbendazole (FBZ), fenasal (FNS) praziquantel (PZQ) (PVP) (LE) obtained by mechanochemical technology at different ratios components exposure times was carried out 130 mice experimentally infected Trichinella spiralis two experiments. On 3rd day after infection, animals were divided into groups 10 each. Samples administered intragastrically a dose 2 mg/kg according active substance. FBZ substance used as basic drug Animals control did not receive drugs. killed decapitation 4th administration, drugs counted results helminthological necropsy intestine, calculated type test.
